Orcs & Goblins Special and Rare units

As I am in the process of redoing quite a large portion of my greenskin army, I have decided to only post pics of redone units, at least to begin with. Thus there are a heap of units I have painted which are not featured here.

Attaching shields in the normal manner was out of the question if I wanted the models to actually rank up, but luckily I hit on the idea of attaching them more like a gauntlet or an ogre's ironfist, which I think looks great. Note how the third model has a shield made from a trimmed down drum. I think this looks very nice and it was good to find a solution, given that you only get two shields per five Orcs in the set.
