Orcs & Goblins Core units

As I am in the process of redoing quite a large portion of my greenskin army, I have decided to only post pics of redone units, at least to begin with. Thus there are a heap of units I have painted which are not featured here.
Originally this guy had a much bigger banner with a goofy Space Wolf symbol of it, but eventually I tired of it, shortened the banner pole and gave him a banner from the Dark Elf warriors set instead. The symbol was painted on freehand and I think it is quite effective. The standard top is of course an old bretonnian knight's head.
