Chosen Knights of Chaos

by Avian

Back in 6th edition Chosen Knights of Chaos were introduced. There is no such entry in the current army book, but as the standard Chaos Knights are better than Chosen Knights used to be, they weren't much missed. I wanted to come up with something for them that was in line with what a cross between a Chosen and a Chaos Knight would be, but with something extra added to make them sufficiently special.

Chosen Knights of Chaos - Rare

Most favoured of the rank and file followers of the Dark Gods are the Chosen Knights of Chaos, marked out for greatness and bringers of destruction. Owing no allegiance to any lord, the Chosen Knights form small bands that seek out the greatest battles and compete with each other to see who is most worthy of the blessings of their patron God. The Chosen Knights carry the magnificent and horrific gifts of the gods - weapons that howl with captured daemons, mutations that twist and distort their bodies and sometimes the Knights are even granted the honour of riding the steeds of the Dark Gods of Chaos, otherwise reserved for only the mightiest of Champions.
